Kusti joined us from Johanna's Big-Wood's kennel in Finland
Kusti has been DNA tested for gPRA-rcd3 and for the genes at 'E' & 'L' locus. He is homozygous N/N which means he is clear of gPRA-rcd3 (a condition which causes premature blindness in dogs)
He has E/e genes which means bred to a bitch who also has the 'e' gen, he can produce clear red offspring.
He is L/l which means he carries the gene for long coats even though he himself has a "normal" coat. Bred to a bitch who also has the "L/l" genes, they might produce pups with normal coats or long coats.
